One of the biggest parade will have more police presence in Brooklyn

The West Indian J'Ouvert Parade will start on Monday at 11am and continue until 6pm. The parade starts at 6am when everyone participating the event gathers at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. Police will be checking all for alcohol, back packs, weapons and etc. More than a million people are expected at the event.
