One million dollars is nothing for a home

The real estate listing company, Zillow released their annual list of homes that's over a cool million dollars.

Guess what!

It's no longer luxury and it's the new median homes in the following cities in order, California, New York, New Jersey, Florida and Massachusetts. All have major cities listed and San Francisco leads and then Manhattan, Hoboken, Miami, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Five years ago, there were only 84 cities and this year it's 237 cities with $1 million starter homes.

The average home price nationwide rose to around $200,000 from $140,000.
