One in custody after assault in Lake Success

Lake Success - Police reported assault in the parking lot by Dunkin Donuts on Lakeville Road near Union Turnpike. It happened around 6:30pm involving assault among teens. Another source reported a homeless person was soliciting and was assaulted by one of the teen who was taken into custody. Ongoing investigation. Reported 6pm.
