One entire lot of apartments in QV sold for 130 million

The apartment lot in Queens Village, Cunningham Heights that stretches on Francis Lewis Blvd from Hillside Avenue to the service road of the Grand Central Parkway has been sold. The price of 1,056 apartments which consists of 22 buildings with three stories had a price tab of $130 million dollars. That's $123,106 per apartment at a cap rate of 5.6%.

The new owners, A&E Real Estate, own several other locations in Queens.
