One dead and over twenty people injured in Times Square

Times Square - 7th Ave and W 42nd Street, 20 people injured after vehicle slammed toward them. Four in critical condition. One dead. Driver, a 26 year old Bronx man named Richard Rojas arrested. After the crash, Rojas took off and was tacked by one NYPD officer who was nearby and got into a scuffle. Other cops came and placed Rojas in cuffs. Ongoing investigation. Area closed. Reported 12:30pm. update - Police reported Rojas was allegedly drunk. The dead victim is a 18 year old female who was walking with her 13 year old sister, also injured.
