One dead and four injured in East Meadow

Police reported a single van rolled over and flipped on Wantagh State Parkway southbound by Hempstead Turnpike. EMS reported five people were injured. One woman was declared dead at the hospital. It happened around 10am in East Meadow when the vehicle flipped during snow while turning toward Hempstead Turnpike. Southern State Parkway and Hempstead Turnpike was closed during the incident.
