The poop attacker did it again after being released to the streets of NYC. He was out after last time and then posted on social media what a joke NYC is.

Well now for all using the subways, please stay safe and stay alert.

As for Frank from the Sunset Park incident, NYC is not handling the matter and moved to the federal jurisdiction blaming it on gun violence.

From the $50K reward, the NYC Mayor claimed five people split to $10K each which is around $6,700 after taxes. So far the Mayor's Office has not confirmed this but claims it's been taken care of.
