Dan Halloran's appeal turned down by NY Supreme Court today. Halloran is serving 10 years for bribery and fraud charges while he was the Republican NYC Councilman in Bayside. Halloran kept explaining the money was legal and used for political purpose. He was found guilty in 2014.
