October is Biketoberfest in NYC

NYC Dept of Transportation and Mayor's Office are promoting bike lanes that are connected throughout the five boroughs by following the green lanes. In Bayside, the bike lanes are complete on Northern Blvd by Cross Island Parkway despite protests from long time residents. Also, regardless of accidents, keep on biking as more works need to be done according to officials at DOT. Earlier today on October 5th, a driver ran the divider on Northern Blvd where bike lanes are being constructed.
