Nudie flashers and door to door harassment on the rise in Glen Oaks after patients discharged from hospitals

After NYPD's Anti-Crime Unit was disbanded, another program, the Homeless Outreach is also disbanded. Homeless crisis is on the rise in NYC and all complaints lead to one task. EMS pick them up and drop to the local hospital and then both NYPD and EMS leaves the scene as per NYC Mayor's order. Later, patients are released from the hospitals. For Glen Oaks, the public park on 260th Street and 75th Avenue became a hot spot for nudie flashers involving little children while playing at the park. Another incidents in the same vicinity is urination and defecating followed by door to door harassment for money and food around the public park. According to NYPD, the process is repeated by dropping off to the hospital by EMS after complaints. For shelters in NYC, NYPD no longer can provide security inside and violence has spiked causing people to live on the streets as there are no services or protections due to budget cuts.
