City will stick with potential fines for those violating social distancing rules and the plan will be announced soon.
The mayor will not close down playgrounds but will close individual sites if there is crowding.
Mount Sinai expanded outdoor testing to part of Central Park and by Tuesday, almost 70 bed temporary hospital will be setup also in the same location.
76,000 health care workers have volunteered to work in New York to combat the virus.
The mayor stated 32,308 confirmed cases and 678 deaths.
As of 5pm today, 33,474 tested positive with 776 deaths.
