Notes are good and take coins too robberies in Queens

From January 9 to Sunday afternoon, robberies were non-stop in Queens and it was a battle of anything to get. Almost all incidents were classified as armed robberies where victims lost their phones, wallets and cash along with coins. A victim was robbed in Elmhurst by two suspects in a vehicle with a phone and $11 in notes and coins. In Flushing, two victims were robbed of $23 in notes and coins as long as the pockets were empty.

Police say all incidents are involving suspects in a group targeting victims for anything. As of today, there are 53 suspects reported of robberies in Queens alone as of January 9.

Locals are advised to stay alert.
