Nope not yet NYC with what crime from the mayor

Almost all major cities called for additional funding after campaigning to defund police when crime peaked at an all time high. Today, Los Angeles County announced $36 million additional funding due to a spike in crime from hate to robberies. NYC continues to defund NYPD despite high crimes primarily gun violence. At the moment, police have less resources to investigate murders despite back track of victims. The NYC mayor continues to express the city is safe and crime is all time low.
