No public beaches for the next two days in NYC

Due to Erin, the hurricane passing by, all NYC beaches will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, that's tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. The Mayor's Office confirmed park officials will be on patrol also and no lifeguards on duty.

Locals are advised to find another hobby or something else to do for those two days.

This year, Erin developed into a Category 5 Hurricane but NY won't be much impacted but for safety measure beaches are closed.
