No parking due to fire hydrant no problem

A McMansion owner on 263rd and off Union Turnpike paved his front yard including entrance way with bricks to park his car due to city's placement of fire hydrant on front of his property. Some can call it revenge, lazy, lack of respect and so on but for neighbors, its a mixed reaction especially those living all their lives on the same block. Of course, not to wonder how will they enter through the door with a blocked car on their way to inside. At the same time blocking sidewalk partially.
