No parade mean no parade of any kinds in NYC

NYC mayor send a clear message to all there is no kind of parade even if it means car to car. Several warning messages were sent to local groups who were planning to have parades using car to car on Hillside Avenue in Floral Park for the annual India Day parade. All local precincts are advised to stay alert for any group gathering except protesters.
