No one should go to jail for not having 2 75 ride

A group of non-profits in NYC are passing around flyers in the subways to let those who can't afford $2.75 ride. The information shows according to MTA is legal to swipe people with someone who possess unlimited rides blaming NYPD for target arrests. Two people who were passing around are volunteers but stated the non-profit raises money from the poor to support their cause. Most of the non-profit groups spend 90% of the fund raised on administration and the rest for cause. According to NYC Comptroller, Mayor de Blasio has not reported $1.8 billion unaccounted which the majority of City Council members refuse to investigate. The mayor's plan of half fare for low income residents are also stalled. Also, NYC Comptroller reported the low income rate is 73% with 29% from that is poverty. This is a major swing for politicians to gain votes from the majority of 73% to their favor. After weed arrests, the second is fare jumping. Third is assault.
