No leads in the Baldwin homicide

The NCPD stated they have no leads to the homicide in Baldwin so far. Today, they released press info asking for the public's help to solve the crime. The incident was reported on October 25 at 1:55pm when a victim was gunned down. Any information can help to solve the case.
