No law for chemical contamination to bus stops in Glen Oaks

Several commuters reported of unusual chemicals on the bench of bus stops of Q46 between 260 Street and Commowealth Blvd in Glen Oaks.

After calling 911, the calls were directed to 311 since its non-emergency. Since MTA outsourced the contract to private company for bus stop cleaning and maintenance, several riders clearly confirmed the chemicals were urine and semen.

Two riders living in Glen Oaks confirmed of sexual activities on the bus stop benches and had to go home with tainted clothes. On top of all, the cleaners working for the MTA stated its best not to sit on the bench but stand while waiting for buses as the only resort due to no law of chemicals presence.

Its another day of clean up for bus stops when complains are received. Officials at Creedmoor monitoring EDP declined to comment.
