No jail term for a Queens woman convicted of theft in Albany

Omaira Lisset Reina-Martinez, 21, of Queens who was accused in a multi state theft ring and was facing about 5 to 15 years behind bars for stealing an estimated $60,000 in jewelry was not sent to prison by Judge Peter Lynch and was instead sentenced to 5 years probation.
