Nightly walk with local precinct chief in Glen Oaks

No need for 116 Precinct due to nightly walks with police.
Yesterday Neteis Gilbert, the commanding officer at 105th Precinct has nightly walk in Bellerose with around 10 people letting the community know its safe to be out. One of the walker was local council member Barry Grodenchik who voted to defund NYPD. The same program will be held on September 27 in Glen Oaks with the meet next to the shopping center at 5pm. While this will take place, many EDPs are in the same area and local residents can see if any interaction will take place between them. Open to the public.
