Next round of bike lane must go is scheduled

On Friday, October 20 after evening, police reported two separate multiple vehicle accidents on Northern Blvd near Alley Pond Environmental Center by the newly created bike lanes. On Saturday morning, residents complained to local politician in the area, NYS Senate Tony Avella who now decided bike lanes where vehicle accidents are increasing must be removed. Avella is getting ready for the next round starting Monday. Dept of Transportation will not change their decision as both NYC and NYS stands with bike lanes.
