The US Court judge overseeing the case on new gun licensing has ruled it's unconstitutional for NYS and NYC.

This means legal carry can continue without exceptions including Times Square.

The next task from the Governor is to appeal using more lawyers.

The Governor announced back gun free zones for all but legal groups representing the second amendment filed lawsuits and today the judge announced the decision.
