Newly installed windows are showing leaks

Glen Oaks apartments windows manufactured by Crystal Windows and installed by DunRite, Dun-Rite, Dunrite or so are leaking affected by today's weather of snow and rain combination. This is the Bellerose location where the work started from Union Turnpike and 248th Street to Commonwealth Blvd along with inside streets have shown leaks all over the walls of both front and back sides of some apartments. Residents living in these areas are confused whether to report to GOVO management/maintenance or either window companies. According to GOVO, residents must call the installation company but its more than one.
