Newborn baby stolen with a vehicle in the Bronx

Police are all over the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and upstate NY reporting a suspect stole a vehicle with a newborn baby inside. The incident was reported on White Plains Road in the Bronx.

All bridges shut down searching the suspect and the vehicle.

The vehicle is a Honda CRV with NY plates, KLX7595.

ESU in Queens are by the bridge tracking for the vehicle.

Chopper hovering.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - The baby is located with the vehicle. Suspect took off on foot.
