New trees are being planted on Jamaica Jericho route

From Jamaica Avenue at Cross Island Parkway to New Hyde Park, new trees are being planted in-between the road where the newly created dividers are. The left lane going east is closed during normal hours at daytime while trees are being planted. Many drivers are suggesting Christmas lights would be a nice decoration.
