New shooting record in NYC

No COVID deaths in NYC but plenty of homicides.
NYPD reported 28 people have been shot as of midnight Sunday to early morning with 4 murders in NYC. By 10pm Saturday, there were 8 shooting and then midnight onward, there were 12. Another 8 shooting reported in the preliminary NYPD report awaiting for verification. The safest big city continue to report rise in gun violence and is second to Chicago.
As for coronavirus update, 74,043 tested statewide with 572 positive cases at 0.77% and 5 deaths yesterday.
