New Hyde Park headed to auction after fire

The property, 76-35 Hewlett Street in New Hyde Park is headed to auction. The 1,031 Sq Feet with estimated value at $650,000 has debt of $356,924.

The auction is open to the public and must bring a deposit on January 4, 2019 at 10am in Queens Supreme Court, 88-11 to 89-17 Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica.
