Nassau Expressway is a mess

Police are on the Nassau Expressway by 147th Avenue and 150th Street reporting a tractor trailer flipped with cargo inside. EMS is checking for injuries. ESU and FDNY are working on the scene. Heavy delays all around including Belt Parkway in both directions. It's a mess.
