NYPD warns of a suspect snatching phones from subway riders

NYPD released surveillance photo of a suspect wanted for snatching phones out of subway riders. The suspect would grab phones from riders without their attention and then took off. The incidents were reported inside trains heading to Manhattan bound and vice versa. If seen, call 911. Ongoing investigation.
