NYPD to start using body cameras

April 12 expected - NYPD will start with body cameras. It will start at 34th Precinct at Washington Heights to all police officers. The camera has both audio and video and must be presented during court proceedings. NYPD has not released a time frame for rest of precincts but expected before the end year. Reported 6pm.
