NYPD to leave Occupy City Hall

The protesters in downtown, Occupy City Hall will continue. Mayor de Blasio didn't respond to the clash between NYPD and protesters in downtown Manhattan but will figure out a striking balance. Meanwhile, NYPD are leaving the area to allow protesters to fully camp. With Phase 3 opening Monday, the mayor stated he will work on a plan to allow the city to function normally.
Entering third day after clashing NYPD, the city using taxpayers fund will provide food, medical and other services for protesters.
