NYCHA presidents want national emergency

After HUD official Lynne Patton starting living in NYCHA, she reported worse than expected with no heat, molds, broken elevators and etc.

More than 100 NYCHA presidents who works with residents in assigned units have gathered demanding national emergency and called POTUS to visit.

The same group is planning a trip to DC to discuss their crisis in the NYC public housing with President Trump.
