NYC welcomes e bikes and e scooters to roads

Starting today, both e-scooters and e-bikes are legal on the road in NYC. The NYC Council passed the bill for delivery workers who advocated to pass. Now anyone can ride but not on the sidewalk. The speed for e-scooters must stay within 20mph or below and e-bikes a 25mph or below. The enforcement part has not been released yet whether to ride on the bike lanes or regular lanes. Now comes the best part. NYPD won't enforce if someone robbed someone of either e-bikes or e-scooters as they have not received the guideline. You are on your own.
