NYC public school plan to open for September

Mayor de Blasio along with school chancellor and others rolled out the plan for public schools to open in September.
With an average of 300 positive cases per day in NYC, the mayor is confident he can bring it down with a lot of work. For this, if the percentage rises above 3%, all public schools will switch to remote learning. So far no schools after taking surveys have reported of favor with remote learning so mobility is a critical plan. The BOE released the plan to the public.
