NYC positivity rate of COVID is above 3

The NYC mayor during press brief stated the COVID positive rate is above 3% due to several hotspots. The 7 day rolling is at 1.38% ratio as average.

Schools will open as 500,000 students will be entering for blended learning. This includes COVID cluster zip codes.

Closing public schools will happen if the rate is 3% within 7 days average.

The mayor want to shut down NYC and keep everyone inside which is his dream but he has to wait for his boss, the governor to decide. The governor will be having a press brief at 11:30am.
