NYC parks open for selected sports

The NYC mayor did not issue press briefing today but on the radio show with Brian Leher, he said, youth baseball, softball, soccer, cricket, flag football leagues and non-contact lacrosse leagues can apply for permit to play. This is allowed as long as the ratio of coronavirus positive remains under 3% ratio. NYC sheriff will enforce this activity and issue summons for violations. After 3 violations, the city will terminate the league from participating. The mayor will be in Astoria to ride the new ferry connected to Manhattan. Then leave for Rhode Island for the weekend. The press brief will resume on Monday.
