NYC met 6 criteria and 1 to go for reopening

According to the Mayor's Press Office,
Of 7 criteria needed to re-open, NYC has met all 6 except 1.
People currently in H+H ICUs: 423 (0 days below threshold of 375)
The other two are met, COVID-related hospital admissions: 63 (threshold of under 200 for 10-14 days met)
and Percentage of people who tested positive: 7% (threshold of under 15% for 10-14 days met)
However, Mayor de Blasio stated Phase I re-opening will be up to his decision and will be delayed by several weeks. One main issue is public transportation and need time to set for safety travel.
Starting today, 100 contact tracers will be reaching out to anyone who was with another person tested positive within 10 minutes or more. This will review further.By June 1, there will be 1,700 contact tracers. Also, Mayor de Blasio has set aside $23 million for private consultants to oversee the city's COVID-19 program. He also called Cuomo for $7 billion to allocate NYC. The mayor stated by August 1, 50,000 tests can be conducted if the budget is in place.
The mayor will not take a salary cut and nor will anyone at City Hall.
