NYC loves hard working taxpayers fund

More nonprofits are raking millions to operate expansion emphasizing mental health and homeless while changing the code of category for people seeking shelters

The median household income has a new number and it's bad news but hey nonprofits are working around the clock for help.

Meanwhile affordable housing is changing the median income to restrict the overload of applications.

Despite 75% of New Yorkers in the city barely making $60,000 per couple, most are being forced out of affordable housing applications and many are leaving NYC.

Minimum wage is considered very low income while $4,000 less to $100,000 is very low income despite a small short of 6 figures.

The number will rise like Babylon through the sky.

Here is what NYC HPD determines for AMI.

$37,000 to $60,000 is very low income.

$61,000 to $96,000 is low income.

$97,000 to $144,000 is moderate income.

One of the introduction was 4 days a week work plan which was eliminated as soon as the data was disclosed. Now elected officials are working on the budget to allocate more for nonprofit organizations.
