NYC heat and election updates from the Mayor and Governor

The NYC Mayor issued a press brief today due to the heat, selected cooling centers are now open and will continue until Fall.

The Governor announced a new law everyone can get free water bottles and refreshments while outside or waiting in the line for early voting. The early voting ends tomorrow.

Then June 24 is the in-person voting for all.

The Governor would like all of you to know that water is wet and it's dark during night time. That's a very inspiring message to carry all the time.

As for the current Mayor, next Thursday a new campaign for re-election, "Delivers, Never Quits" will go live in front of City Hall under the independent party line.

The winner of the Democratic Primary this Tuesday will not show the results until all votes are counted and announced officially by the NYC Board of Election.

However, if either Andrew Cuomo or Zohran Mamdani loses, both will continue with another ballot name for the general election on November 4.
