NYC cab driver was all smiled after assaulting a police officer in Manhattan

It happened on Monday evening, January 12 around 5pm at East 45th Street and Madison Avenue when a cab driver, Jean Dalusma, 32 was furious after a police officer pulled him over for unknown reasons and slammed the taxi he was driving toward an NYPD cruiser six times.
