NYC Mayoral race showing a new poll

A new poll was released today from Harris X showing three candidates are close within the margin of error. The poll shows Mamdani at 26%, Cuomo at 23%, Curtis at 22% and Adams at 13%. Undecided is at 15%.

As of today, Adams won’t drop out and Cuomo says if he is lagging then he will drop out. However, Cuomo is optimistic that Adams will drop out of the race before October.

The NYC Mayor is having a headache every day after the Governor notified of budget cuts due to federal funding being halted to an extent. This will put more pressure on the Mayor while campaigning leaving Sliwa, Cuomo and Mamdani campaigning with full force.

Meanwhile, Mr. Defund the Police Mamdani is increasing the expenses with private security for the campaign after more events are announced citywide.

This is twice more than the GOP contender Curtis Sliwa and Cuomo. Adams still has NYPD details while campaigning minimally.

For the month of August, the next poll will be announced and inside experts predict it will be between Mamdani and Cuomo with a re-match.
