NY court orders unvaxxed staff back to work

The NY Supreme Court released the statement with a decision for all fired unvaxxed staff in the state to be reinstated with back pay without exceptions. The date of termination is not enforced after the ruling.

The decision came after lawsuits filed from special interest groups supporting staff.

The NYC Mayor is disappointed with the decision.

An appeal has not been made as of now.
