NSP eastbound is a disaster

Northern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 36, South Oyster Bay Road, all lanes closed due to a vehicle flipped upside down. Delays are back to the Grand Central Parkway. ESU and EMS are on the scene. Avoid this route.
