Multiple resident s wheels stolen in Glen Oaks

Multiple residents in Glen Oaks reported to police of wheels stolen overnight. Five residents reported the same crime within the vicinity between 73rd Avenue, 74th Avenue and 75th Avenues of Honda Accord and Civic wheels stolen.

Two more residents reported wheels stolen by Little Neck Parkway.

Police are advising all to use the following steps.

Park your car in a closed garage whenever possible.

Install a car alarm with sensors that attach to the wheels..

Park in a busy area when in a public place.

Lock the wheels when parking.

Use wheel chocks on each wheel, including the spare.
