Multiple injuries after large fight in Bellerose

Police have closed off Union Turnpike westbound at Commonwealth Blvd reporting large fight in Bellerose. Two people were slashed. Reported it was students from Queens High School of Teaching, Liberal Arts, & The Sciences. More than 50 cops are on the scene along with multiple ambulances. Also reported multiple injuries after the fight. Paramedics are attending to the injured. Several residents from the nearby Co-op were harassed after intervening. Ongoing investigation.
