Multiple fatalities on the SSP eastbound

The SCPD reported a single vehicle crash that's overturned on the Southern State Parkway eastbound by Exit 43A. This is in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County. Further investigation reported there were three people inside the vehicle. EMS transported all to local hospital where two died. Both were teens.

The incident was reported around 2am involving a Toyota Prius.

The investigation continues.
