Multiple carjacking incidents in Long Island and Glen Oaks

The NCPD reported a carjacking incident in Westbury, Nassau County. The incident was reported on Saturday morning around 5:30am. Three suspects, males, approached a victim, male in a BMW M5 on Corporate Drive with one displaying a weapon. One of the suspects assaulted the victim. Then took off with the vehicle.

In Suffolk County, a victim was robbed in Commack. The incident was reported on Saturday afternoon. Four suspects, males, Hispanics approached the victim, male, on Commack Road near the hospital. Then robbed, assaulted and took off with the victim's car.

In Glen Oaks, two victims were assaulted near the local hospital while walking to the vehicle on 76th Avenue near 263rd Street during carjacking attempts. The suspects, males, and Hispanics are still on the hunt.

Police reported there are numerous perps targeting luxury vehicles in Queens and Long Island.

Residents are advised to stay alert.
