Multiple assaults involving EDP reported on Union Turnpike in Glen Oaks

On November 3 around 7pm, police reported felony assault on Commonwealth Blvd and Union Turnpike. During the week of October 23 and 30th, multiple assaults reported also on Union Turnpike from Little Neck Parkway to the Commonwealth Blvd. Several residents of Glen Oaks Village Co-op has reported to police of harassment by EDPs in the shopping center. Also, seniors were pushed down inside McDonald's during daytime. NYS Office of Mental Health are continuing with pickup of EDPs in the same route and some are taken to hospital for check-ups.
