Multiple assaults including felony reported in Bellerose

Police reported assault in Bellerose. It happened on September 12 around 12am on Union Turnpike and service road of Cross Island Parkway. The same night around 5am, felony assault reported on Union Turnpike and 245th Street. A resident stated it was over drugs which has been dealing behind the road to school and the hospital at night time for a long time. Ongoing investigation.
